Gerry is a seasoned professional and has been involved in leadership and management training for over twenty years. He is author of The Five Plateaus of Progress (Oaktree Press 1999)—teaching powerful lessons on personal leadership development. In 1996 he co-wrote The Agony of Ecstasy (Poolbeg Press 1996) with his son, which became a #1 bestseller. Having worked in a wide variety of industries, he has encountered just about every type of management and leadership challenge in the corporate world. The TMI is the first in a series of practical hands on solutions to some of the most common core management issues in today’s workplace. Gerry brings his extensive experience and a global perspective to creating these solutions, having worked with organizations in Ireland, England, USA and right across Canada. Gerry and his wife, Marina, have six children and six grandchildren, and they live in Calgary Alberta Canada.
